This retreat is about exploring yourself below the surface. It requires a willingness to be vulnerable, raw and open to seeing what you have suppressed and been resisting. It requires the courage to let go of coping mechanisms and masks that have been keeping you safe and inviting the needed self enquiry to create the shift into being your truest and most authentic self.
